実は２回訪問したことがあるのですが、臨時休業、ラーメン売り切れで振られていて
やっと食べられました！
名物銀そば 【焼サバらーめん】
こだわりの炭焼サバの特製チャーシューに魚介だしを効かせたあっさりスープで仕立てた自慢の逸品

こちらのスープ、びっくりするぐらい美味しい。。。
ラーメンスープにはΠウォーターを使用し徳島県産阿波尾鶏と秋田県産比内地鶏を低温で8時間旨味を引き出した深みのある自家製無化調スープとのこと。完全無化調にこだわり、スープだけではなく焼豚メンマ味玉等の具材も当店自家製で仕上げているそうで、
このこだわりが味わいに全部滲み出ています。旨味がすごい。
麺はあまりピンと来なかったのですが、とにかくスープが秀逸。
そして、名物の鯖チャーシュー。
炭焼きで香り高く、適度な脂で美味しいです。
いやー本当に美味しい洗練されたラーメンでした。。。感動。
