どれも小ぶりではありますが、
合鴨とイノシシは脂の旨味を楽しみ、
シカはお肉の味の濃さを噛み締めつつ楽しみました。
こんな気軽にジビエが楽しめる世の中になったのですね〜
衣はちょっと厚めについてました！
テイクアウトだとなんと串半額らしいです！
ただ、やっぱり揚げたてが一番ですね！
