``KOREAN Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)'' is a place where you can enjoy Korean home-cooked food and drinks without being pretentious. It's not Korean Cuisine, but an authentic restaurant run by a Korean. I was a little curious about this restaurant after seeing a reviewer I trust going there. I visited on a weekday night. While eating appetizers with draft beer, I chose the dishes that caught my eye. ▫️Yannyeom Chicken Spicy and flavorful chicken. It goes well with beer. ▫️ Assorted namul instead of salad. I also listen to sesame oil and it increases my appetite. ▫️Samgyeopsal Set Since this is my first time visiting this restaurant, I chose the Korean standard samgyeopsal. This restaurant serves grilled meat. Place the pork on the sandwich and then wrap it up with various kimchi-flavored green onions, perilla, chili peppers, and garlic. The sauce is sesame oil mixed with salt, which enhances the flavor and makes it delicious. It went well with Korean soju. There are still many things I want to try, such as octopus dishes and hormone-based dishes. Korean Cuisine has a lot of depth.
