４人で行って４人ともが関西風が圧倒的に美味いと証言するあたり、単なる好みの問題ということでもなさそうだが、とにかく、フワフワな関東風は山葵や山椒なくして完食不可能だった。関西風は香ばしくて食感もよくきちんと美味しいです。特上を関西風で、というのが正解に思う。肝焼きは黄身を絡めてしまうとせっかくの苦みが薄まってしまうので注意。
