東京都町田市小川に2018年3月にオープンのパン屋さん。
ラーメン屋の小川軒の隣にあります。
生地の発酵と熟成にこだわり、粉の滋味を感じられるパン作りを目指しているとのこと、
ずっと行きたかった...
クリームパンを求め、こちらのクリームパンを購入しました。
トロトロした感じのクリームパンで、食感や甘さの程良さ、求めていた味に限りなく近いものでした。
また食べたいし、他のパンも次回チャレンジします。
子連れで散歩していたら発見。
外見だと目立たないですが、明らかに高レベルな雰囲気。
期待して入店、間違いないここは良いパン屋！
次々と焼きあがるので、目移りしながら数点購入。
