久しぶりにお会いしたマイレビュアー様方とのお食事会で訪問した
和食のお店です。
お店は、JR横浜線町田駅のターミナル口から徒歩1、2分といった
駅近くにあります。
外観も内観もお洒落で和食店とは思えません。
カウンター6席くらい、4人用テーブル席が３つくらいあったかな。
予約して頂いていた奥のテーブル席に着席。
今回は、おまかせのコースで、内容は、
・月見豆腐
・八寸
・お造り
・土瓶蒸し
・魚料理（ぶり大根）
・肉料理（豚肉）
・蟹あんかけご飯
・デザート
です。
どのお料理も盛り付けも凝っていて、柿の葉なんかも添えられていて、
季節感が味わえてとても良かった。
どのお料理も出汁が優しめでもしっかり味わいがあって素晴らしい。
お造りにハケで調味料を塗って食べるのが印象的。
ご飯ものも玉子巻きになっていたり、豚肉の焼き加減がよく、
ひじきや根菜の添え物も面白くて美味しかったです。
この日は食欲がいまいちで、盛大に残してしまい、お店の方には、
大変申し訳なかった・・・。特別な日にでも再訪します。
