Fresh raw Oyster procured from the market. They come from a variety of places, so it's a treat to enjoy on the day! They are sold at cost, starting at around 200 yen! *Limit of 2 oysters per person

They are particular about the game meat and vegetables they use, and use deer and wild boar delivered by contracted hunters in Izu, which have a mild flavor and a strong sweetness and umami taste. They also use seasonal ingredients, mainly vegetables picked that morning from their own farm.

Our natural wines are carefully selected after talking directly with the importer. We have five types of red and white wines by the glass, starting at 600 yen, and new wines are opened at a rapid pace. We always have about 30 types of bottles in stock, and the lineup is constantly changing, so it's fun to choose every time you come. Please enjoy a wonderful time with a supreme glass in hand.

"Itari-ya" is Creative Cuisine held on the first, third, and fourth Sunday of every month. On these days, the restaurant will operate as a Creative Cuisine restaurant with a different concept from the usual IN, created by our in-house chef. Please enjoy the different dishes every time!
