We carefully select Miyazaki beef that has won the Prime Minister's Award, the highest award at the Wagyu Olympics held once every five years, four times in a row. Since we buy whole animals, we have a wide variety of parts available. We recommend enjoying it refreshingly with grated radish, wasabi, and truffle salt.
