雲丹のONEスプーンは見た目からテンション爆上がり！北海道産バフンウニがたっぷり。
まずはそのまま食べて、その後は海苔に巻いて一口で。濃厚で美味しすぎる感動！
穴子のふわっふわ感も最高。
トロたくのトロの量たっぷりで嬉しすぎ
ネタによって赤シャリ、白シャリを使い分けていてバランスが良く、両方美味しかった。
そして、このコースは量がちょうど良い。
