会社の仲間がいつも頑張ってくれてるので、日頃のお礼にお寿司をご馳走しようと思い、チョイスしました。
「落ち着いたお店が良いなー」と思ったので、カウンターのお店を選択しました。大人の雰囲気を醸した、落ち着きのあるカウンターで正統派本格江戸前寿司を楽しめました。
大将も途中話しかけてくれたりして、お気遣いも素晴らしく狙い通りのお店でした！
結果的には仕事仲間も喜んでくれて、とても良い食事会になり良かったです。
寿司のネタは基本的には天然物を使用とのことです。メニューは以下の通り。

・蜆の一番出汁
お寿司に日本酒は必須ですかね。肝臓によくて嬉しいです。
・酒菜5種盛り
帆立の汁煮、鱈子の煮付け、菜の花のお浸し、甘海老塩麹漬け、サザエ
この時点で日本酒を注文してしまいました。チビチビやるの最高です。
・お造り
本鮪の中トロとヒラメ

縞鯵、紋甲烏賊、小肌、漬けマグロ
紋甲烏賊美味しかったです。
・茶碗蒸し
三つ葉とズワイガニ

銀鱈の西京焼き

いくらの子丼、醤油漬け
透明な器に入って出てきて、見た目がとても素敵でした。酢飯との相性抜群。
・鮑の酒蒸し
・紫雲丹と馬糞雲丹の食べ比べ
ウニは臭みもなく美味しかったです。個人的にはやはり馬糞ウニが好き。
・握り
鯵、平貝、中トロ、穴子、芽葱
芽葱握りをサービスして頂きました。こういうお心遣いはテンション上がりますね！
・トロタク手巻き
いつも思うのが、トロタクってなんでこんなに抜群の組み合わせなのでしょう笑
