お造りが出て、4カンくらいの握りが出て、焼き物などのツマミが出て、また4カンくらいの握りが出て、トロたくで〆るというスタイル。シャリもネタによって赤酢を使ってくるので、まったく飽きのこない流れです。中トロやヅケなどのマグロが美味しいことに加え、2種のウニの食べ比べなどの楽しさもあります。特にウニは途中から海苔巻きにして食べるという味変が楽しめます。焼き物も、銀鱈に金山寺味噌が添えられておりとにかく飽きさせません。特徴としては柚子がそこここに使われていて食後感が爽やかです。
なお、大将が、ボストン、ロンドン、デュッセルドルフで働いた経験があり、海外の食材について詳しくお話が楽しいです。町田の隠れ家的なお鮨屋さんです。
