Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) uses chicken broth that has been carefully prepared over time. We use 100% domestically produced plump beef intestines. The sashimi is made with fresh fish purchased from the market that day. Please enjoy the authentic taste. We have started selling fresh fish directly from Sadamisaki, Ehime Prefecture! The banquet course Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and fresh fish.
