聖蹟桜ヶ丘の京王ショッピングセンターの8階、レストラン街に存在しているこちらの寿司屋さんにディナータイムに訪問。ランチの方がそりゃ安いですが、ディナータイムでも「極（きわみ）」というのならば税込1450円でいただくことができるので、それをオーダー。
茶碗蒸しとお吸い物も付いて上記値段。まずは茶碗蒸しの提供。ダシがしっかり効いた茶碗蒸し。王道の美味しさですね。
そして寿司。8貫。まぐろの赤みが2貫。あとは、アジ、エビ、ホタテ、イカ、アナゴとか。まず、マグロからいただきましたが、厚みを持たせていて、柔らかさがあり、臭みがない、美味しいですね。シャリはしっかりめなので、崩れる心配はなし。1粒1粒、立っていますね。シャリの量は少なめですが、それがまた良い。
他のネタも、食感、鮮度、共に良かったと思います。中でもアナゴ。タレも良い感じで付いていて、ふっくら食感。
そんなわけで、お寿司を堪能しました。
