これだけコロナ爆禍が蔓延すると、なかなか気楽に外食^^というムードでもなくなります。わざわざ電車に乗っては気が引ける。それでも近場なら許されるかしら？徒歩圏内であれば感染蔓延防止してる？

買物を済ませ、京王B館8階へ移動。
さすがに平日の12時前は、フロアも各店内も閑散気味？今夜は家で肉食予定の見習家、ほぼ迷いなくこの店に歩を進めました(笑)店内に入って驚くのは、すでに退店してリセット前のテーブルが幾つか。なるほど、11時開店直後の、人の少ない時間帯を狙った知能犯がいたってことですね。
2名掛けのテーブルに案内された見習家、まずは瓶ビールで乾杯の儀。にぎり寿司のセットと、単品料理を2品ばかり。本当は、白海老ではなく、たこの柔らか煮が良かったのですが、残念ながら欠品でした。
まずセットの茶碗蒸し、小振りですが出汁が効き、ちょうど良い柔らかさです。追加の単品、揚げ揚げになっちゃいましたが、どちらも軽い味わいでいいですね。海老は想像の範囲ですが、生のりのフニャッとした食感と香りが、日本酒と好相性で、江戸切子のグラスで飲む雰囲気も宜しいですね。
寿司は、よほどじゃなければ美味しく感じる幸せな味覚を持つ見習。日本酒をアテなら、まず問題ありません(笑)
意外ですが、このお店さん、かつて「はい、よろこんで」で一世風靡した大庄グループの寿司屋さん。場所柄、年配者が多い店内ですが、誰も知らないんだろうな。
