土曜日開店直後に来店。先客なし。
聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅から歩いたが、知らなかったら気づかず通り過ぎそうな構えの店だ。
ビールとチャーハンに餃子３個、妻はあんかけ焼きそばを注文。
L字型のカウンター10席のどこからでも内側の厨房が見える作り。料理の過程を見るのも楽しい。
7-8分で料理が来る。
チャーハンは大きな豚もも肉チャーシューがゴロゴロ入っている。具は他に卵とネギだけ。シンプルだ。チャーシューは焼きでも煮豚でもなく、ゆで豚に近い。油少なめで味付けはいたってシンプルな塩味。他店では味わえない独特のチャーハンだ。
妻のあんかけ焼きそばもシンプルで、大きめに切られた豚バラ肉と白菜、小松菜が餡でとめられている。そばがほとんど焼かれていないのがやや残念と妻。
餃子は好きな数だけ注文できるのが魅力。ぎっしり中身が詰まっていてボリューミーだが、ジューシーではなく好みが分かれるかも。
物価高騰の折とはいえ、チャーハン1,000円という価格設定は内容からすると少し強気すぎるのではないかと思いながら完食。
聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅周辺では人気の店のようなので、長く続いてほしいものだ。
