聖蹟桜ヶ丘に立ち寄ったので、こちらのつけ麺屋へ。
日曜日１２時過ぎで、二組待ち。でもすぐに通されました。
魚介と煮干しの２種類選べるようですが、とりあえず一番左上の魚介をチョイス。どんな違いなんだろう？魚介はなにを使っているのか。
他にも通常のラーメンや混ぜそばもあるようです。
着席から10分せずに着丼。
長い穂先メンマが特徴的なのと、チャーシューが豚と鳥と２種類あっていいですね。
まずは、スープ。
まさに王道の濃厚スープです。間違いないやつですが、裏を返せば他でも味わえるといったところ。いや、美味いんですよ。
麺は中太ストレート麺。
ツルッともちっと。これも王道です。
間違いなく美味しかったですが、ちょっとインパクトが足りないかな？
でも、メンマとチャーシューは良い感じでした。豚は最近流行りの低音調理みたいなやつで、中々良いです。
総合的に美味しかったんですが、ちょっと個性が少ないかな？
