土曜日13時に訪問。店内のお客さんは7〜８名程。
濃厚魚介つけ麺特盛 ￥1,200 の食券購入し、店員のお姉さんに渡し待つこと 8分位で到着。つけダレは熱々で出てきて良かった。サバ節を使ったと思われる濃厚つけダレは美味しい。安定感ある。が一方で意外性はない。具材のメンマは細過ぎるくらい細い。こだわりのなのだろうか。。
まぁ後から入店した親子（子は小学生）も美味しいと言っていたので幅は広く受け入れるかもしれない。
