With the discerning eye of a head chef who trained at a famous restaurant, we purchase high-quality meat from all over the country, with a focus on Kuroge Wagyu beef. "Specially Selected Wagyu A4 Sirloin Grilled Sukiyaki" is our specialty dish, which is a quick-grilled sirloin of Japanese black beef A4 or higher, mixed with special warishita and eggs.We are also particular about the sauce, such as Eitoan's special grilled liver, which is made with chives. Enjoy it with a special sauce made with lots of green onions, and we have a variety of salt sauces that go well with anything.

We want you to enjoy high-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef even more deliciously, so we serve Yakiniku (Grilled meat) on a rare "Nanbu iron grill for seven wheels." This Nanbu iron net, which was completed after many discussions with craftsmen, is baked fluffy with high thermal conductivity and the far-infrared effect of the charcoal of seven wheels, and is smoked with the smoke of fat dripping from the net, making it even more fragrant. We purchase fresh beef hormones every day from reliable offal wholesalers. Marucho, a popular offal that originated in Fukuoka and Kokura, is appealing for its plump texture and sweet fat. Other, you can enjoy carefully selected and extremely fresh beef offal, such as white senmai, which are hard to find, Shimacho (Japanese senmai), Japanese minnow (Japanese senmai), and fresh liver purchased first thing in the morning.
