渋谷の桜丘町に移転してきた時によく食べに行った。25年くらい前？桜丘町も数年で移転してしまったが・・・。当時は写真に写っている店主がまだ料理していたが、さすがに代替わりしたのか女性が調理していた。
さて、ラーメンの方は・・・、懐かしい味でした。
背脂、海苔、チャーシュー、なると、ネギの感じも、あの時のまま感があった。
美味しいラーメンです。
是非続けて、次の世代につなげて下さい。
