Food "Commitment to sweet and sour pork"
POT's sweet and sour pork is particular about the ingredients, seasonings, and cooking methods. We use carefully selected pork, aged black vinegar from China, and some sugar is beet sugar. The stewed pork is left overnight and shaped into sweet and sour pork.

At our Higashikurume store, we purchase noodles directly from Asahiya, a noodle factory that represents Higashimurayama, and offer a wide selection of noodle dishes. Please enjoy the chef's special noodle dishes that you cannot enjoy at a typical Family restaurant.
