Sushi that cooks rice using rare firewood. A little while ago, but after the coronavirus outbreak, Koume Sushi in Kamiitabashi closed. The number of Sushi that cook rice over wood has decreased further. Our restaurant is finally a rare Sushi restaurant. From what I've heard, it seems like it's no longer possible to open a new restaurant that cooks food using firewood. (Administrative issue) Gentle taste. Shari is really great. An excellent restaurant where you can enjoy decent Sushi at mass prices. At our restaurant, we want to feel like enjoying delicious Sushi rather than splurging. Incidentally, there are also eel and conger eel bowls. It's not just a Sushi specialty restaurant in the narrow sense. The bowl is excellent. The chawanmushi also has a good dashi stock. Inari Sushi is also good. I still feel the goodness of sushi. There are pine, bamboo, and plum varieties for turtles, but plums are sufficient. A splendid upper grip made of pine. Of course, you can also enjoy selection nigiri. On days when lunch is available, the cost performance for lunch is excellent. I recommend a rose flyer. There is no sense of tension in the store. The atmosphere and atmosphere inside the store is good. However, I decided that it would be best to refrain from taking pictures of Sushi that was being served.
