清瀬は10年くらい前までは、古くからの地元のお店という感じの飲み屋さんが多く新参者には中々なじめなかったのですが、最近は良いお店増えました。
実家の母親の誕生日祝いで久しぶりに訪問。
以前来た時は、2人だったのであまり種類が食べられなかったけど今回は家族四人なので色々と楽しめました。
まず、ビールとお通し、ビールはグラスが薄く、入れ方も上手なので美味しかった。
お通しで出てきたお豆腐が味がしっかりとあり、上に載っている薬味と相まって上品な感じ。
『サラダ』
ボリューム満点で、四人でも多いくらいでしたが、野菜、ドレッシングとも良いお味でした。
『生岩牡蠣』
２個で500円、お値段わりに身も大きく、新鮮で臭みもなく。
ミルキーまで行かなかったけど美味です。
『刺し盛り7点』
五島から送られてきたというお刺身。
新鮮で美味しく、聞いたことのない魚もあって、楽しめました。
『金目鯛の煮付け』
これは絶品です。煮付け方が上手いのとお魚も新鮮なためか身もしっかりでした。
付け合わせのかぼちゃが堅いと母はご立腹でしたが・・・。
『トマトアボカドのサラダ？』
子供が頼んだものでしたが、トマト、アボカドともに美味しくドレッシングが絶品。
次回も是非頼みたい。
『あじとキスフライ』
揚げ物もお魚が新鮮なので身に味があって油も新しく、からっと揚がっていましたが、
全体的な印象は普通な感じでした。
『だし巻き玉子』
玉子の味は美味しいんですが、出汁が効きすぎ。
出汁を食べているような感じで、ちょっと残念でした。
『穴子の白焼き』
身がしっかりしていて美味しい！お腹が膨れてからでなく、
もっと早くに頼めば良かったと思うくらい。
次回も頼みます。
お酒は、日本酒を2杯とウイスキーダブルで１杯。
日本酒は良いお酒を仕入れているのですが、
最近のお店では、一升瓶を見せるパフォーマンスが多いので、
それがなかったのが残念かな。
味を知っているお酒を頼んだので、良かったのですが、
知らない人だとグラスが来るだけなので。
ただ店員さんの数を考えると難しいかもですね。
店員の皆さんお忙しそうにしていましたが、
注文の際に気づいて頂けるのも早く、好印象でした。
会計も思ったより安かったくらいでした。
