We provide aged meat at the highest level of freshness. By buying whole animals, we make the most of the characteristics of each part, and we cut the meat according to its purpose, such as Yakiniku (Grilled meat), Steak, and hot pot. The sauce that is essential for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) has been added to the restaurant since its founding. The sweet flavor brings out the maximum flavor of the meat and goes perfectly with Miyazaki beef. Please enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture and the rich aroma unique to Wagyu beef.

Because we buy whole animals, we also have rare parts such as fins and chateaubriand available. In particular, the ``Wagyu Arakawa Moriawase'' is a popular menu item that allows you to enjoy various cuts of meat, from lean meat to marbled meat, all at once. It also uses a patented smokeless roaster, which has five times the firepower of Bincho charcoal. A special grill allows even thick meat to be grilled without burning. In addition to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) course, we also offer shabu shabu and Sukiyaki courses using specially selected Japanese black beef, so please make a reservation.
