安めし日記: 東村山の「ますも庵」にて
もつ煮うどんセット 900円（もつ煮うどん＋かき揚げ小丼）
○麺（そば） ： ヤワ ←☆☆☆★☆→ コシ
○天ぷら ： 粉 ←☆☆★☆☆→ 具だくさん
○揚げたて度 ： 乾燥 ←☆☆★☆☆→ 揚げたて
○出汁 ： 甘口 ←☆☆★☆☆→ 辛口
○個人的に ： 苦手 ←☆☆★☆☆→ 好み
甘辛い味付けのモツ煮込みがうどんに掛かっていて、保温効果もよく熱々だ。
肉うどんと遜色ないんで違和感もなく、小麦殻をまぶし褐色がかったうどんもイイ。
小丼の上におさまりきらないかき揚げだが、平たく衣が多い感じ。
うどん出汁に浸す方が食感は良いと思うが、天丼用の甘ダレがあるのでクドくなる。
セットのミニ丼はいろいろ選べるので、まあ好みで。
前に黒焼きそばを食べた店のとなり。気になってたんで今回入ってみた。
お昼のセットはうどんが前に出てるけど、蕎麦も人気みたいだったよ。

葉わさび磯切り升せいろ 900円

海苔を練りこんで青みがかった細打ち蕎麦、その上にこんもりと葉わさび漬。
蕎麦は舌ざわりもよく、かすかに磯の風味があって夏場向け。
葉わさびはビリッと辛く、少しずつ食べないと口がたいへんなことになる。
小皿にネギとワサビをつけてくれてたけど、ワサビのほうは出番なかったな。
つけ出汁は葉わさびの影響か、辛めのはずなのに少し甘みを感じたりした。
夏らしい蕎麦で、けっこう本格な感じ。ランチメニューにしないで良かったかも。
