オープン2日目オペレーションがうまく行ってないんだが美味しかった
以前パン屋さんだったところが閉店して工事をしてると思ったらお寿司が売りの居酒屋さんになり2022/05/25にオープンしたてでオープン2日目に立ち寄ってみました。着いた時には満席で外に名前を書くボードがあり記入して少したつとカウンターに案内してもらえました。
当然かもですが店員さんはまだ周りに目を配る余裕もなく入店してメニュー見終わってしばらく待てども誰も反応せずその間も周りの席の人も手をあげてみたり声出すも届かず。
お寿司とおつまみとドリンク頼んで待つと直ぐにお寿司が運ばれて来ました♪
厨房はフル回転みたいですが早くて安心
お寿司と海老の天ぷらアジフライなどどれも美味しく値段も300円ぐらいで頼みやすいのが嬉しい
メニューが手頃なのでついつい頼み過ぎてしまいましたがこれにウーロン茶2杯で4000円弱
トイレが一個だけで男女兼用なのが女性には嫌かもしれない。お店の広さ的な問題だろうから仕方がないけど。
トイレで良い点はトイレの上に使用中の際は「使用中」とライトがつく事なんですが一つ問題があって通常は鍵の開け閉めに連動させて点灯させるのが一般的に見る気がするが多分ここはトイレ内のセンサーライトと連動していて人が出ていて使用中の表示に騙される事。
もう少し人が落ち着いて来たら再訪問したいなと思いました

ランチもやっていてランチは夜のメニューが無いのが残念でちょっとしたおつまみも頼めると良いのになと思いました
ただ手軽にちょっと本格的なお寿司セットが食べられるのはありがたくキスの天ぷらなどっとっとしたサイドメニューもあってよかったです
