所用があり、立川へ。
午前中に用事を済ませ、以前から気になっていたこちらのレストランへ行こうと決めていました。
八王子のお友達との集まりにこちらを使おうか検討したことがあったので、
今日はせっかくのチャンスなのでお試しということで。
立川駅南口からから徒歩2分くらいのワシントンホテル内にあります。
そんなに大きくはないホテルですが、小綺麗だし、駅から近いので便利ですね。
土曜日の開店直後でしたが、既に何名か先客がおられました。
以前調べていた『シェフのエスプリ』とメニューにうたっている、プレートランチにしました。
お肉のプレートか、お魚プレートか選べるので
お肉料理を。
ほどなくして、出てきたプレートは見た目にも豪華！
この日のお肉のメインは塩漬け豚肉をえびのすり身で包んで、更にそれをパイ生地で包んだ、みたいなお料理でした。
前菜的なキッシュもパテも、お魚のすり身を揚げたような一口サイズのコロッケみたいなのも美味しい！
地元のお野菜を使っているとうたっていましたが、つけあわせのお野菜も新鮮で彩り鮮やか。
ドレッシングはシンプルですが、野菜そのものが美味しかったです！
メインのお肉料理も手が込んでて、ホテルらしいという感じの味つけで、
とても美味しかったですよ。
パンとドリンクがついて、税込み1200円はお得ですね！
お料理が美味しかったので、＋300円でデザートも追加してしまいました。
デザートはタルトとキャラメルムースの盛り合わせでした。
普通に美味しかったです。
年取ると、このくらいのサイズがちょうどいいですね！
まさに『シェフのおすそわけ』デザート。
座席の間隔もゆったりしており、大人なランチ会には良いのではないでしょうか？
以前は飲み物のお代わりサービスがあったようですが、それがなくなっているみたいで、
そこはちょっと残念でしたが、
総じて幸せ感のある満足なランチでした♪
