久しぶりの横田酒場です。自らの経験も踏まえたイメージでは、朝からグリーンチャンネルが流れ、いつでも飲める、負け専酔いどれギャンブラー御用達かなと(笑爆)
店着は15時の少し前、先客はカウンターに常連と思しき女性1名と、テーブルに美女1名+普通男子3名の若者グループ。見習家は最奥の、ドリンク冷蔵庫前に案内されました。あれば頼んじゃう赤星で乾杯、お通しは大根煮浸しの冷製？残念ながら大根やわやわで冷たくて^^;
アテは軽めに「ぬかづけ」「さつまハリハリ」「厚揚げ」をチョイス。外カリ中ふわの「厚揚げ」は、小柄ですがなかなか宜しいと思います。「ぬかづけ」は野菜厚切りなのに漬かり過ぎで酸っぱめ。「さつまハリハリ」も発想はいいのに、塩振りが強過ぎて、高血圧モード突入な感じ。
家内は日本酒、見習は角ハイボールにスイッチ。
隣席には、常客らしき地元の強面旦那衆。見た目と違い(失礼)良さげな対応の社長？と阿吽の遣り取りは、さすが地元に根付いた店だと感じます。
夕暮れが近づくと、どこからか人が集まり、店内も賑やかさを増します。そろそろお暇の時間、またの機会といたしましょう。
横田酒場にはグリーンチャンネルが似合う。
