This morning in Tachikawa, the weather is very stormy, just like last night. For lunch, we will have lunch at a Japanese restaurant that serves wild blowfish from Bungo Channel. I decided to have fried Oyster for lunch today. The interior of the store has a very calm atmosphere, the furniture is tasteful, and the space is very stylish. After a while, the long-awaited meal arrived. It comes with two fried Oyster, a large fried horse mackerel, and cabbage and lemon. You can choose the sauce you like with your fries, such as tartar sauce, Pork Cutlet sauce, or mustard. However, Oyster are juicy and the batter is crispy and fried in a healthy way, so you can enjoy it on its own. The horse mackerel is soft and fatty, and the cabbage that comes with it is finely chopped and very fresh. It comes with two Small dish: tofu, enoki mushrooms topped with tortoiseshell sauce, and turnip and minced meat. Both have a refined taste, are not overpowering, and are very tasty. The pickled vegetables are pickled cucumbers, daikon radish, and carrots, which I think are homemade, and go well with the five-grain rice. Today, for lunch, my friends and I enjoyed delicious Japanese cuisine in a calm and quiet space. Also, the name of this shop does not begin with Fugu, but the traditional name Fuku, which is probably also called Fuku, which is very stylish.
