With a blackboard menu that changes every week, you can end your day with a delicious meal♪
We are often asked for recommendations by customers visiting for the first time, and Pastagnano's biggest recommendation is the blackboard menu, which changes every Tuesday after the holidays♪ Seasona
...l ingredients are only a treat for that time of year♪ So in some cases, we have a menu that is only available once a year (lol) We have many customers who come alone after work, as well as couples who meet up, couples who we find on a walk, and many customers who usually come alone to dine with their families on the weekends. Throughout the year, we use vegetables from ★Suzuki Farm in Nishisunamachi, Tachikawa ★Takahashi Farm in Miyoshimachi, Saitama, and mainly local vegetables from Tachikawa. We also use yuba, which is smoked and used in our soy milk pasta, which is only available in winter, from Mikawaya Tofu in Takahatafudo. Whether good or bad things have happened, eat a delicious dinner and do your best again tomorrow (^o^)
