Chibo's signature okonomiyaki. In order to achieve Chibo's characteristic "fluffy" feel when baked, we are particular about the ingredients we use, and have continued to maintain the balance of taste and texture since our founding. It goes without saying that this is one of Chibo's signature dishes, featuring shrimp with heads. It is a privilege only available at Chibo-yaki that comes with crispy fried shrimp legs!
