2023年2月6日（月）昼食。
昼から村山で仕事。昼食は立川で。先週に続いて立川タカシマヤS.C.の9階に行った。高島屋立川店が閉店したあとの様子を観に行ってみた。
フロア案内図では地下1階、1階、3階が改装工事中という表示になっていた。その売場には行ってみるまでもないので行ってみなかった。
9階に到着して少し歩いてこの店に入ってみた。○○と山盛り野菜の石焼き定食という定食がメインみたいで、そのトップに書いてある鶏もも肉と山盛り野菜の石焼き定食を頼むことにして、定食のみ（1580円）、10種こだわり野菜付き（1860円）とあるので、10種こだわり野菜付きで頼んだ。厳選卵の生卵が付くので、いちばん上に書いてあるさくらたまご（青梅市かわなべ鶏卵農場）を選んだ。
まずは10種のこだわり野菜の盛合せが出てくる。うるいを品種改良して生で食べられるようにしたなどと説明されたが良くわからなかった。うるいはもともと生でも食べられると思う。
そして鶏もも肉と山盛り野菜の石焼き定食。野菜は石焼きによって甘味が出ている感じ。でも鶏肉が思っていたよりも少なかった。まあ、普通。ただ、玉子掛けご飯が食べられてその分満足。調子に乗ってご飯のおかわり（無料）とおかわり卵（100円）を名古屋コーチン（愛知県花井養鶏場）で頼んで食べた。ちょっと食べ過ぎた。
検索すると新宿三丁目店とこの店が出てくる。今その2店舗なのかな。
