野菜の味を楽しみたくて、山盛り野菜のみの定食。
塩、ワサビ、にんじんソースで食べるのですが、塩だけで楽しみたい。
レンコンもニンジンもパプリカも、それだけでしっかり味がして、他に何も要りません。
さつまいもも、すごい甘い。
甘露煮みたいになってるみたいですが、元々甘いさつまいもの甘さが引き出されてる気がします。
子供も塩焼き芋のコロッケがおいしかったそうです。
子供の定食にも、生卵が付いていて、うちの子は、ちょっと控えました。
子供用は、生卵か卵焼きか、など選べたら最高です。
でも、ダメ元で子供が食べなかった卵を持ち帰りたい、と相談したら、丁寧に、卵パックと、留めるセロテープ、袋を下さいました。

卵は蘭王というのを選びました。
黄身が濃くておいしかったです。
