立川でランチを使用と出かけていきました。目指したのは立川駅北口から徒歩10分くらいのところにあるビストロ ルセット・シェ・イイナで12時前にランチをいただいてきました。イイナはシェフの名前・飯名ということのようです。どうやらコロナ前に駅近から移転したようです。これは幸いでしたね。
入店すると店内には4人席のカウンターをアクリル板で仕切ってあり、2脚ある4人テーブルのアクリル板で仕切ってありました。それぞれのブロックにサラリーマンひとり客が座っていて、僕がカウンターに座ると満席になりました。
オーダーはローストビーフが人気あるようですが、もうひとつの人気メニューの若鶏のカツレツ・デミグラスソース900円をお願いしました。黒米ライス、スープ、ドリンクのセットですが、スープの提供がなくデザートがついていました。ドリンクは食後にホットコーヒーでお願いしました。途中予約のお弁当販売も盛況で売り切れ、その後、テイクアウト客は買えませんでした。イートイン来客もありましたが、僕以降は外で待つことになりました。

バックオーダー2件とお弁当販売もあり、約15分ほどでおかずワンプレートとライスプレートで提供されました。思ったよりもボリュームたっぷりです。そしてデミグラスソースはタプタプです、笑。おかずプレートは、メインの大きく厚みのある若鶏のカツレツがタプタプのデミグラスソースの上にのっていて、カツレツ全体にドライパセリが降ってあります。ミラノ風カツレツですね。
おかずプレートには他に、ドレッシングがかかったサラダ、ピクルス、そして卵のバヴァロア？と充実しています。さてナイフとフォークで実食です。カツレツはサイズも大きく肉厚で食べ応えがあります。デミグラスソースをしっかり浸けていただきます。外はカリっと中はジューシーで、優しめのデミグラスソースと合ってとても美味しいです。全体のボリュームもたっぷりで美味しくいただきました。
食後はホットコーヒーと、スープが無い代わりに抹茶とピスタチオのジェラートです。このジェラートがまた美味しくて、満足の充実ランチをご馳走さまでした。
１品１品丁寧に作っているので、時間に余裕がある場合ならお勧めできますね。これからも他の美味しそうなメニューにもチャレンジしたいですね。時間は11時半過ぎ！あるいはワインOKな夜にも！
