昼に立川へ立ち寄りがあったので、信頼出来るマイレビ様お二人がお薦めされていて、半年以上も前からBMしていたコチラへ初訪問
若鳥のカツレツデミグラスソースに決めて伺ったものの、ローストビーフ1,400円や限定日替わりランチ1,300円と現場で一瞬迷ってしまいました(^^;
頂く前からリピは確定していたので、ローストビーフは次回にして、今日はカツレツデミグラスソース980円税込をお願いしました(^^♪
開店されてから7年程とのことですが、12時10分到着で先客は二組。直後にお客様が2組で満席
店内はとてもタイトですが、キチンと距離が保てるようにテーブルを配置し、カウンターには透明の仕切り板でシッカリと区切られています♬
入り口近くにはテイクアウトのお弁当が複数種類積んであり、お料理を待っている間に次々と売れていて、人気のほどが伺えます(^^)/
15分程で到着。
揚げたてのカツレツにとても深い味わいのデミグラスソースがたっぷりとかけてあり、カツレツの表面はカリッカリ、中のお肉はジューシーでとても良く合います(^^♪
サラダは複数種類のフレッシュなハーブが盛り合わせてあり、厚切りなのにとても柔らかなローストビーフもたまりません
ニンジンやキュウリのピクルスが彩を添えていて、とっても華やかで賑やかなプレートでした
食後にピスタチオのアイスクリームと、アイスコーヒーを頂きました
総じて満足度のとても高いランチでした。
立川駅からは若干距離はあるものの、またお伺いさせて頂きます!(^^)!
