立川でランチ。
友人に教えてもらったこちらのお店に行ってきました。
立川駅北口から徒歩10分の場所にあるお店。
入口も店内もこじんまりしていて、気取らないカジュアルな雰囲気です。丁寧な店員さんが印象的で、おひとり様でも気兼ねなく過ごすことが出来ました。
注文したのは、
若鶏のカツレツ 1,000円
（ドリンク、デザート付き）
注文すると、15分ほどかけてじっくり揚げてくれます。
お料理がくるとそのボリュームにびっくり！！
ツヤツヤのデミグラスソースがかかって美味しそう！
カツレツは細かい衣がしっかり付いているから、サックサク。中はぷりっと身がしまっています。
デミグラスソースは風味が良くて口あたりはまろやか。
これだけ量がたっぷりあってもお味が濃すぎないので後味重たくありませんでした。
フレッシュなサラダと白米と一緒にいただきます。
ぷるんぷるんのたまご焼きも入っていました。
珍しかったので店員さんに聞いてみると、
キッシュとたまご焼きの中間くらいと教えてくれました。
甘さは控えめで、固めプリンみたいにぷるっとしてる。
お寿司屋さんで出てくるのともまた違った美味しく不思議な感覚でした。
デザートはピスタチオジェラート。
ピスタチオのザクザク食感が楽しくて、濃厚で美味しかったです。
このボリュームでこのお味であれば、コスパ良いなと思いました。カニクリームコロッケも美味しそうだったので次は食べてみたいと思います(◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。
