The second shop I stopped at was a shop with a nice green ivy. Behind the glass door, we could see people happily eating... We were drawn into the scene as we entered the restaurant. It seems like they offer all-you-can-drink wine for 1,100 yen, but since this is my second restaurant, I decided to try just a few good wines. I got a glass of white wine and had something light to eat... Carrot Rapée and homemade roast ham I was drinking comfortably for 30 minutes...I arrived. Today's final dish is freshly cooked cocotte rice. From the moment you open the lid, a pleasant aroma wafts in front of you. An announcement was made to mix it well and eat it. The eel, scrambled eggs, and sautéed foie gras are very seasoned, but the occasional burst of real Japanese pepper makes a nice accent! The scent is also very nice. Above all, the rice is very delicious...this is the power of cocotte! There are many other interesting menu items! Stylish interior (wine cellar and restrooms are a must-see) and excellent customer service from all the staff. I don't think I'll have a chance to come here very often, but if I ever come to Tachikawa, I definitely want to visit this shop again (^^)
