Gonka's proud Grilled skewer are made with fresh seasonal local chicken that is purchased every month, so you can enjoy a different Grilled skewer every month. Our head chef carefully grills each skewer over Bincho charcoal, so you can enjoy every bite. Once you taste it, you'll know the difference from other restaurants! The salt we use is Himalayan rock salt, which is shaved every day at our shop.
