2022年8月21日（日）夕食。相方と。
午後村山で仕事。夕食も立川で。検索して出てきた北口の西側のイタリアンに行ってみた。
17時32分で先客はなし。入口に近い席に座るように言われて、生ビール（ハートランド）を頼み、パルマ産生ハムとルッコラのサラダ（1100円）、パテ・ド・カンパーニュ（田舎風パテ）（900円）、北海道チェリバレー鴨骨付きもも肉のコンフィ（2800円）、Rigatoni：黒毛和牛ボロネーゼ（1600円）、Spaghettoni：本場のカルボナーラ ロショーリ仕立て（1700円）を注文した。
パテは味が濃くてなかなかおいしかった。サラダもなかなか良かった。鴨のコンフィはサイズは大きくなかったが、鴨の味も皮のぱりぱり・さくさくもとても良かった。
2杯目は赤ワインをグラスでもらうことに。ALTOS 2010 CRIANZAと、MATRONÈO CHIANTI 2019（DOCG）をもらった。やはりキャンティの方が味に深みがあっておいしかった。
ＢＧＭはハードバップ。でもなかなか通の選曲で、ほとんど演奏が特定できなかった。キャノンボール・アダレイとジャッキー・マクリーンとソニー・クラークはわかった。たぶん。でもレコードは思い出せなかった。
僕たちは炭水化物を食べると脳内の食事のスウィッチがオフになってしまうので、パスタはあえて最後に持って来てもらった。ボロネーゼのリガトーニは牛肉と言いソースと言いとてもおいしかった。リガトーニはちょっと好みの食感ではなかったが。カルボナーラのスパゲットーニはソースの濃厚はとても良かったが、グアンチェーラがあまりにもヴォリュームが多くて最後は苦労して平らげた。おいしかったのだが。ただ、パスタはどちらもなかなかにしょっぱくて、というのは褒めているのだが、ワインとの相性は最高に良かった。
会計は11300円。良い店だと思うのだが、フロア担当の男性は、僕たちが苦手としているタイプ……。一度料理を持って来てくれた厨房の男性は感じが良かったのだが……。
