立川のグリーンスプリングスに遊びに行っていたので
夜は夏ぶりに会う友達と飲みです~
立川駅からすぐのこちらのお店。居酒屋かな~ってかんじで入ったけど
いい意味で期待を裏切られた。。めちゃくちゃ料理美味しくて、店員さんの対応もめちゃ良くて。
また立川に行ったら行きたいお店です。
お通しは、なんこつから揚げとかぶ漬け。
レモンサワーで乾杯です。
☆チーズ明太のだし巻き卵
鉄板でこちら焼いてました。丁寧に丁寧に。。。嬉しい。
チーズとろりと明太子もたっぷりで美味しい〜！
☆黒胡椒のポテトサラダ
上にパリパリのチーズがのっていてそれを崩していただきます。
食感もいいし、ブラックペッパーがきいていてお酒がついつい進んじゃう一品。
☆刺し身盛り合わせ
一人７００円で５切れづつ入っていてかなりお得。。スーパーよりお得。。。笑
なのに、豪華なラインナップで、ニシン、ヘダイ、ホタテ、マグロ、ブリ。
身が厚いだけでなく、どの刺身も食感も楽しめるし、ニシンなんて本当に丁寧な仕事されていて、一緒にミョウガなどの薬味と食べると更に美味しい。
店員さんも魚の内容や食べ方を丁寧に説明してくれてありがたい。
これはマストオーダー。
☆カワハギの刺身
ここのお店やっぱ鮮魚ほんとおすすめで美味しい。
ここのカワハギも肝もついてるので、肝醤油にしてカワハギ食べて、
残った肝醤油でご飯にかけて食べたりして。。最高。
☆塩もつ煮込み
スープまで美味しくて、トロトロに煮込んだお野菜たちととても柔らかいモツ。
塩味でさっぱりと仕上げてあり、ちょとピリ辛。寒い冬なんかオーダーしたくなるよね。
☆月見つくね
鉄板焼きメニューからの一品。
甘辛いタレも鉄板で仕上げてあり、軟骨が所々入っていて食感も楽しめる。
月見つくねあったらすぐ頼んじゃうけど、手作り感あって好きだったなぁ。
息子はこのタレと白ごはんでパクパク食べてた。笑
最後にアイスで終了。
ちゃんとメニュー見ておけばよかった、お腹いっぱいになった頃に
鉄板焼きつぶ貝とキノコのソテーなんかあったりしてもっと食べてみたい一品が沢山ありすぎて。
息子にもよくしてくれて、お兄さんたちの仕事のチームワークの団結力とホスピタリティが素晴らしかった。
また立川に行ったら食べに行きます！！
