We are particular about our secret sauce, which we have continued to use over the years since our establishment.If you are unsure about what to order, we recommend the Assorted 7 Types of Skewers Course. There is also a wide variety of a la carte dishes, and among them, ``broiled chicken skin pickled in rice bran'' is a popular dish made by charcoal-grilling chicken skin that has been pickled in rice bran.
