Fresh chicken is purchased daily and then carefully skewered by the chef for our yakitori. We use binchotan charcoal for our proud charcoal grilling, providing high-quality delicacies that are brimming with aroma and the delicious flavor of the ingredients. Binchotan charcoal is difficult to handle, but in the hands of our chef, it's a piece of cake. By grilling all at once over binchotan charcoal, which has a stable heat, the flavor is locked in, resulting in a crispy skin and plump, juicy inside. Please enjoy our luxurious yakitori to your heart's content, shining with the skill and sensibility of our artisans.

A very rare white liver skewer, limited to one per person. White liver, with its rich, fatty savory flavor and sweetness, and its creamy texture, is the very definition of chicken foie gras. Please enjoy this delicious delicacy with its soft and mellow flavor. There is also large Oyama chicken thigh meat, which is thoroughly prepared on the day to ensure that the flavor does not deteriorate. In addition to the eight types of sake we always have on hand, we also have about five different types available each day. Take this opportunity to try rare brands such as Kuzuryu and Kuroryu, as well as Kiroku potato shochu.

The key to our porridge is our homemade white soup. Our porridge is made with soup made by simmering chicken bones for seven hours, resulting in a special, memorable flavor. In addition to chicken dishes, we also offer a "chef's special dish" that changes daily. Our chilled tofu dish, made with a whole block of tofu, is an incredible 90 yen! We also recommend our Kyushu-style spicy pork trotters, which are simmered for four hours before being grilled until fragrant. Enjoy our collagen-rich pork trotters, with their irresistible softness and melt-in-your-mouth texture, along with ponzu and chili pepper.
