Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) I love Kyushu cuisine and it's located on the 5th floor of a building near the train station. Tataki of Kagoshima chicken ◆Senmai sashimi ◆Hakata chinpaku sago otoshi mentaiko ◆Nagasaki shimizu satsumaage ◆Modern tuna sashimi ◆Futaeko sashimi ◆Spicy lotus root ◆Hatoshi ◆Finish: Ramen I had never had chicken tataki before. The texture was firm and the flavor was delicious❤ The satsumaage was fluffy and went well with the sweet soy sauce from Kyushu! I used to not like this soy sauce, but now I realize again that it goes well with the dish. The tuna is medium fat and lean, and has a nice moist texture! It's also the first time for Futaego! I'm not sure if I'll be able to find a place where I can get the real thing Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) at a reasonable price! All you can drink except bottles and bottles. Even Ichiro's Malt? restaurant Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) The lemon sour with special syrup was delicious and so was the plum wine. I was wondering if I forgot to make a reservation. The only thing that bothered me was that the staff members who walked back and forth on the floor, some of them were a bit footstep sensitive.
