近所の本格中華料理で、メニューから刀削麺がなくなってしまい（作る人がいなくなった！？）刀削麺に思いを馳せていたところ、こちらのお店を発見！
刀削麺だけでなく、水餃子も本格的な感じ。中国出張に、よく行く夫は「皮が薄くてスープに入ってる日本向け餃子は違うんだよ〜」といつも嘆いていますが、ここのは厚め！（しっかりした水餃子は、横浜の山東が美味かったですが、それよりは薄めな感じ）
まずは、ピータン豆腐。ピータン緑！色に怯みますが、まぁ美味しい事♪うまみあるピータンとシンプル味のタレで、お酒も進みます。
セロリの水餃子、ツルリと皮が美味いし、中身の餡スープ？が濃厚で、スパイスの旨みありで美味〜
卵とトマト炒めは甘みが強いのだけど、本場に近いのかな？もうちょっとアッサリ塩味になると好きかも(日本風味になっちゃいますね)
そして刀削麺！麺いい感じ〜とにかくスープ美味い！後で頼むと割スープ持ってきてくれて、全部飲めちゃいます。パクチー嫌いな夫とシェアなので、パクチーは別添えにしてもらいました。
その日は我々以外、スタッフ含めたぶん中国の方。飛び交う会話&味で、旅に来たようで、とても楽しかったです。
帰りにはフレンドリーな女性スタッフの方と
夫「美味しかった！お腹イッパイ♪（中国語）」スタッフ「また来てくださいね〜(^^)」
あと、ドリンクあれこれありましたが、何故か安くて美味かったのがジムビームのハイボール！！
しっかりジムビーム感あり、生レモン入ってるし、めちゃくちゃ食べたのにリーズナブルなのは、この子のおかげでした(≧∇≦)
