The smooth "beef stewed knife-cut noodle" are so delicious that you'll gulp them down. We also recommend the ``Mala knife-cut noodle,'' which is made with Sichuan peppercorns, which have a strong aroma and spiciness, and is irresistible for spicy food lovers.
