*ハモンセラーノは薄くスライスされているので、口に入れるとトロケ美味しい。 ＊お野菜のパテはオマール出汁を使用されたと言われたような。これもいいお味。 ＊鱈の何とか。鱈の旨味を感じ美味しい品でした。 アルコールと共に味わうとより美味しかったかも。(^◇^;)

ずっと気になっていた「グリーンスプリングス」。春に行けなかったので、意を決して（大げさ）トコトコと。と言っても自宅からは近いのですけれどね。(^_^;)
思ったより立派な建物で、レストランが多そうな2階へ。
事前に調べた際和食のお店があったのですが方向音痴＋探すのが下手で見つけられず、、、目に付いたこちらに入りました。
開放感ある店内で、広いですね。窓側がよかったのですけれど、一人なので手前のお席に案内され・・チト残念。
ランチメニューは色々あり、アラカルトもOKだそう。迷いながら・・
