立川でのランチ。
駅の南側、歩道橋で行ける範囲のこちらへ。
13時前の入店で、先客20名弱、後客5,6。
店内は明るく広々として、
高級寿司屋のような和のこざっぱりとした感じがあります。
ランチメニューは日替わりと定番メニューから構成され,
日替わりは外に張り出してあります。
松花堂弁当、刺身定食、焼魚定食、煮魚定食、フライ盛合せが
日替わりでした。
刺身は、本鮪、勘八、三島虎魚、黒曹以、アトランティックサーモン、生蛸
焼き魚は縞ホッケ、
煮魚はメロカマ
フライは海老、牡蠣、真鯵でした。
日替わりはどれも惹かれる内容でしたが、
特上松花堂は3200円、
一番安い焼き魚でも1320円で
うーんと唸ってしまいました。
定番メニューに目を通すと、
名物！かつお藁焼き定食1600円とあり、
これだなと思いました。
10分弱で提供です。

かつお藁焼き。
表面が炙ってあり、
とても香ばしい風味がついている。
高級感があり、食欲もそそる。
基本的には塩で食べ、
適宜薬味を使うよう説明され、
本当に塩だけでうまい。
薬味を使ってもまたいい。
1600円の価格も思わず納得のかつおであるが、
惜しむらくは小鉢のひじきが普通なこと。
