仕事を終えて夕飯はチョイと寿司でもとこちらに。駅からも近い便利な立地。エレベーターで5Fに上がると入口からしてとても上品な雰囲気。カウンターに通され”おまかせコース(特上)”をオーダー。職人さんは物腰柔らかく、肩肘張らずにカウンターでお寿司がいただけるのもありがたい。
季節を感じさせるホタルのあしらわれた先付けに始まり、握りは赤酢シャリで上品なもの。ネタはどれも旨い。
途中に帆立の磯辺などを挟み飽きることない上質な時間。焼物のサワラはほどよい脂のりで絶品。そして煮物はアワビ。柔らかく風味のよいこちらも旨いもの。後半の握りでは初夏を先取りのイサキの焼霜など季節感あるネタも含みつつ満腹。
質、ほどよいボリューム、そしてお店の雰囲気を考えればリーズナブル。非常に満足。
