Our signature Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) uses lamb from Ireland and Australia. In particular, Irish products have little domestic distribution, and are the only ones available in Tokyo. It's rare, odorless, and soft, so even people who don't like lamb can enjoy it.
