牛テールラーメンをお願いしました。
牛タンの定食によく付くテールスープのラーメン版なのかと想像しましたが違いました！
テールを出汁に使った醤油っぽいラーメンでおいしかったです！

1日村山で仕事。夕食は今日は立川で。ルミネの8階に牛たんの店が開店していると知って行ってみた。このチェーンには吉祥寺で入ったことがある。

牛タンラーメンがとても美味しかったです。
新しいラーメンという感じですが、誤魔化しの効かない澄んだラーメンでここまで味を出すとこができるのはとても素晴らしいと感じました。
久しぶりにうま！となった...
