We consulted with Kame Seimen, a local professional who has been in business for 60 years, and are particular about the ingredients, such as only a few types of domestic wheat, traditional coarse sea salt, and free-range eggs, to create this dish.◎ The soup stock is made with Rausu kelp, round herring, mackerel flakes, bonito flakes, and grilled dried sardines. We combine our proud homemade soup stock with all kinds of udon, such as cream, curry, Japanese style, and Asian style.♪ Enjoy the gentle flavor of the soup stock on hot and cold days!
